Information we receive
The enquiry form sends us your name, mobile number, email address if you choose to give one, the topic you select and the text you type. A call or WhatsApp message gives us your number and whatever you choose to share. Like most websites, the hosting server records routine technical data such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, which is used to keep the website secure.
Purpose of use
We use your information to reply to you, to decide whether the firm can take up your matter and, once engaged, to do the work. Your details are never sold, rented or passed to anyone for advertising, and we do not send promotional messages.
Access within and outside the firm
Only the advocates and office staff of B.K. Singh & Associates who deal with enquiries can see what you send. If you engage us, details are shared with the tribunal or court, with associate counsel at another bench, or with others involved in the case, and only as far as the work requires.
Retention
If an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we delete it after a reasonable time. Records of matters we handle are kept for as long as our professional obligations and the law require.
Your choices
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you the right to see the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased and to withdraw your consent. To make any such request, email advocates@legals365.com with enough detail for us to find your record.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not place tracking or advertising cookies. A single small entry is saved in your browser so that the Bar Council notice is not shown again after you have accepted it.
